Over the last few years with factories shutting down, and demand for product seen to be up and down in many countries, having enough stock on hand has been an important issue to manage.

Looking over the fence at others, we’ve all seen many industries struggling to source product, long lead times to fulfil orders and to get product on a boat, let alone into the country.

At MMT this has been something we’ve been diligently managing over the last 2 years. 

Through monitoring of orders in other countries, looking at factory production schedules and forward ordering larger quantities than pre-Covid years, we’ve been able to make sure we have plenty of supply for all of our customers.

At the moment we’d got as far as saying we have the largest stock reserves in the industry.
