Conflict Minerals

The Conflict Minerals Regulation aims to help stem the trade in four minerals – tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold – which at times, are used to finance armed conflict or are mined using forced labour.

It is important for our business to understand the origin of minerals used in our products, and whether the ore used to produce these base metals stems from mines illegally controlled by Government troops and militias.

As such, we are committed to identifying, reducing and ultimately eliminating the use in our products of those minerals depicted as ‘conflict minerals.’
